   - with membership 1 - 99 $40.00 per year
   - with membership 100 & over $50.00 per year
Note:  This fee includes membership for the President and two Representatives  
   
Patron $60.00 per year
   
Individual Member $35.00 per year
   
Life Member $500.00
   
Donations are welcome!

Individuals and organizations are welcome to join at any time.

Annual membership fees are due as of May 1.

Final deadline for payment of fees is September 1.
